This is the largest organization in the country which is fighting for the rights of SC/ST (Dalits and Tribals) employees and officers in the State Government, Central Government, Public Sector Undertakings and the Corporate Sector. He founded the Indian Justice Party, duly registered with the Election Commission of India.

Udit Raj (formerly known as Ram Raj) was born on January 1,1958 at Ram Nagar, district Allahabad, Uttar Pradesh, India, in a poor low caste Dalit Hindu family.
